1、No evidence identified that child labour is now or has been employed in the
past at the factory?沒有證據(jù)表明童工現(xiàn)在或曾經(jīng)被雇傭過去在工廠?
建議：禁用童工，不使用未成年工。
2、Does the company not use any type of forced, prison, indentured, or bonded
labor.公司是否沒有使用任何形式的強(qiáng)迫，監(jiān)禁，契約或擔(dān)保。
建議：沒有任何強(qiáng)迫勞動(dòng)的行為，所有員工基于自愿原則參與工作，下班后可以自由離開，不強(qiáng)迫加班。
3、Are there no any evidence of physical or verbal abuse apparent?有沒有任何明顯的肢體或言語虐待的證據(jù)?
